喜見


昨天沒有吃晚飯,下班趕去民政處當值。

我面對類同的個案,昨天心情特別高興,因為十多年的義務工作,昨晚市民的問題越來越難答,他們都對自己的權益,認知多了,疑問也多了。

昨晚,我聽到最多的開場白:「我在網上看到 ... 我請教過遇上類似意外的同事、朋友 ... 我看過一些資料 ... 我問過勞工處 ... 我向入境處查詢過...,請問他們的說法對嗎?」

另外,市民大眾亦可以提供大量文件、資料,例如:僱傭合約副本、傳真、電郵、短訊、相片 ... ,要我即場即時閱讀、解釋。

我喜見市民智慧增長了。
